Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Warehouse to ensure daily volume, ongoing performances and business objectives are completed on time, within budget and to the highest safety standard. The Warehouse Supervisor is accountable for leading several Team Leaders across various areas of the Warehouse and undertaking the identification and implementation of strategic and continuous improvement initiatives within the Warehouse and drives the acceptance of change, whilst ensuring engagement of team members regarding the change.
