From the makers of 'V' Energy and Suntory BOSS Coffee comes an opportunity not to be missed! This role is based at our DC in Maddington and you must be able to work Monday – Friday 5 or 6am – 1 or 2pm for this role.
What you'll be doing Managing shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control. Reporting on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance Leading and developing a high performing team Working effectively with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing or orders. Picking and packing orders as required What's in your toolkit? Experience leading and developing a high performing team Eagerness to learn and be a part of our transformation Experience in a similar role in FMCG would be a bonus Ideally you will hold a current forklift license If you're not an expert in all of these areas, don't worry! A lot of what we look for is how you would align with our values and your ability to utilise your unique skills and experience.
