Warehouse Supervisor

Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies, vision, GDP and safety requirementsOversee receiving, warehousing, packing and maintenance operationsInitiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and proceduresAdhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirementsMaintain standards of health, safety, hygiene and security in accordance to company policyLiaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies as necessaryWork collaboratively within our Marken branch network nationally and internationally to continually provide quality service to our clientsEnsure that systems are used as defined and updated with accurate, complete and timely informationEnsure that communication within the team and with the branch and network is done in a proper and timely manner to enable other job functions to performLead, orient, coach and motivate employeesProduce necessary reports as requiredReceive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
