Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeAs a Warehouse Supervisor at our plant in Stapylton, you'll have a full-time, permanent role in the Logan / Gold Coast region. Reporting to our Warehouse Manager, we're deeply committed to your success in this role. We provide comprehensive training and ensure you have the tools to excel.Your roster pattern will consist of working 38 hours per week from Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.Your key responsibilities will include:Overseeing daily operations to maximise productivity and meet daily operational goals.Coordinating distribution activities and employees effectively and efficiently to satisfy internal and external customers.Maximising the storage capacity of the warehouse through the proper management of the product at receipt, during storage, and dispatch.Completing administration duties, including scheduling, maintaining inventory, and other administrative duties as required.Ensuring employees are aware of their key responsibilities and are held accountable for achieving these.Coaching and developing members of the Warehouse team.Leading by example, ensuring your commitment and delivery of projects and tasks are of the highest standard.About you:Prior experience working in a warehouse and distribution environment, preferably within a FMCG.Experience in a team leader or supervisory capacity.Proven experience with stock and stock takes.Hold a Forklift License and comfortable driving a forklift.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Capacity to remain calm and focused whilst working under pressure.Excellent ability to build productive professional relationships.About the company:At Nu-Pure Beverages, we're not just about making great products.
