Ready to take the next step toward a rewarding career?CJD Equipment, a well-established leader in the truck and construction equipment industries, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Darwin Branch.In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.
From inventory management to team leadership, you will support the success of our growing business.Role responsibilities:Assisting with receipting and dispatching of stock orders.Receiving and unloading of incoming and outgoing orders.Liaising with the Parts counter and Parts Manager to ensure priorities are met.Lead by example, showcasing safe practices and motivating warehouse staff to meet operational goals.Assisting in periodic cycle counts and annual stocktake.Adhering to HSE policies and procedures.Ensuring a high standard of housekeeping is maintained daily in the Parts/Warehouse area.Requirements for role:Proven experience in a warehouse role, with leadership or team management skills.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Forklift certificate and current driver's licence.Good numeracy skills and highly proficient in documentation and record management.Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.What's in it for you?Pay: Competitive hourly ratePerks: Discounts with national branchWorkwear: Uniforms and required PPE providedCareer: Training, career development, growth and advancement opportunitiesCulture: Supportive workplace culture and management teamAnd Finally - About UsCJD Equipment is a privately owned Australian Company whose core business is the national distribution of construction equipment and trucks.
