Be part of a national operation and friendly work environment Join a dynamic team focused on its people, customer service and growth Work for a Company that has looked after its Employees for over 45 years   This is a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join an established, successful and respected industry leader.    About the Role...   Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking a dynamic, results orientated Supervisor to lead our Warehouse team in LEAN and safe operations at our Woolner, NT branch.   Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include; Managing the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure excellent customer service, high productivity and safe work practices Meeting daily KPI's in labour, productivity, transport and quality Managing the accuracy of goods dispatched to ensure correct QA processes are followed Managing the stock movement process to ensure stock is handled in a safe and orderly way Seeking to improve operations output with process, productivity, resources, quality and customer demands Building and maintaining effective relationships with staff, suppliers and customers Providing strong leadership and problem solving skills Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to   About You...   Ideally you will be A natural leader with warehouse management experience Experienced in the aluminium or building industry (preferred not essential) Highly conversant with strong computer skills  A team player adept at staff management Passionate, results driven with a very 'hands on' approach Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.     About Us...   Alspec is the market leader in the design and distribution of innovative aluminium systems to the architectural, industrial and home improvement markets – basically anything made out of Aluminium that is in a house, apartment, commercial property or fabricated product and have been doing so since 1974.   So make the next door you walk through an Alspec door!   We currently have 14 locations throughout Australia, employing over 700 employees.
