What does the job look like? As the PM Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our Eagle Farm site's evening warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a critical role in resource allocation, team supervision, and maintaining compliance with BevChain's standards.
You'll bring strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, coupled with proficiency in SAP warehouse systems, Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of WH&S practices.
A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication abilities will set you apart.
This permanent afternoon role will be Sunday-Thursday 13:30-21:30pm with flexibility.
Key areas:
Oversee evening warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, replenishment, and dispatch.Plan and roster workforce effectively to meet productivity and customer service benchmarks.Ensure adherence to WH&S standards and maintain a safe working environment for everyone.Manage stock counts, resolve issues related to damaged or unaccounted goods, and maintain accurate records in the WMS.Ensure the site is providing superior service offerings to customers through a proactive approach to relationship management and commitment to achieving contracted KPI's.Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote continuous improvement.Are you the one? This is a pivotal role requiring a manager with experience within the transport industry.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience providing leadership and effective commercial and operational decision-making.
