Warehouse Supervisor | Darwin | Nt

Celotti Workforce is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our client's team on a full time basis, in Darwin NT.
Main duties of the Warehouse Supervisor: This is a hands-on role, with store person duties as well as overseeing the team Delegation of manpower i.e.
allocating tasks, managing breaks Ensuring all runs are loaded by the team throughout the day in a timely manner, ensuring preload is ready for next day's delivery Liaising with transport regarding load requirements During quieter periods ensure labour is being utilised productively i.e.
housekeeping, organising stows and bulk stock Communication with processing and organising feed material supplied Delegating training when appropriate (SOP or area/machine) Overseeing receipt and unloading of stock trucks Focus on Safety, overseeing others and making sure they're working safely Identifying gaps in safety Identifying consumables that need to be ordered Gate check/audits on loads The successful candidate will possess the following: Warehouse experience Forklift License (Essential) Gantry Crane Experience (Beneficial but not essential) To Apply: If you believe you're the right person for this role, please click  APPLY , or contact Stephanie from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on  0483 910 143 - or by email: stephanie @celotti.com.au .
