Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership to warehouse staff in the day to day running of the warehouseEnsure that all orders are picked, checked and loaded by staff with high levels of accuracyResponsible for ensuring all company vehicles are loaded as per company requirementsEnsure staff understand and comply with company policies and procedures, including OH&S and HACCP guidelinesMake housekeeping a priority to keep the warehouse in the best possible conditionAssist management and support all Stock Control/Purchasing objectivesEnsure all paperwork and administrative requirements are adhered to with high levels of accuracyKey Competencies, Skills and QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to develop strong relationships with the teamProven leadership experienceForklift licence is essentialA good understanding of warehouse and distribution functionsGood product knowledgeOH&S and HACCP knowledgeSolid time management and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detailReliable, flexible and willing to participate in extra hours and duties if and when requiredWhat PFD is Offering the Successful CandidateWe are offering competitive remuneration, superannuation and other staff benefits (such as discounts on staff purchases, discounted accommodation, health insurance and banking).
