About the role: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson looking to join our growing team in our Hopetoun Store.
Due to the seasonal nature of our business, this full-time position will also assist with sales support duties.
The role will commence on a date as agreed and the salary will be commensurate with the job requirements and the candidate's experience.
To be considered for this role: You will have proven experience working in a warehouse environment, as well as a demonstrated commitment to safety & compliance.
We require a team member with: Proven experience in a stock warehouse Strong team player with good communication skills Intermediate computer skills Possess a current forklift (LF) & car drivers licence Be physically fit – involves manual handling (lifting to 30kg) Willingness to undertake chemical handling training Willingness to master tasks in our computer system - stock receival, transfers, fulfil sales orders The successful applicant will work as part of a small team responsible for: Picking orders for customers Loading and unloading goods for transport Pack and wrap pallets Responsible for regular & accurate stocktakes Responsible for responding to and adhering to compliance and safety requirements Scanning paperwork for receipts and counting of products on arrival General site housekeeping Other related tasks as directed by Branch Manager This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of an experienced team whilst contributing at all levels across the business.
