We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Warehouse & Logistics Manager / Delivery Driver to oversee our Yatala warehouse operations and drive our delivery van up to 2 days per week and manage online and store deliveries.

Job Description:
As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager / Delivery Driver, you'll play a key role in managing warehouse operations and ensuring timely deliveries.
You will oversee inventory, coordinate logistics, and handle direct deliveries to our retail locations and customers.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who enjoys balancing warehouse oversight with being on the road, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Management : Organize and manage all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
Inventory and Stock Control : Oversee stock levels and conduct regular inventory counts.
Coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock and fulfill customer demand.
Delivery Driving : Manage and execute delivery routes to our retail locations and customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Safely handle and transport goods while maintaining an excellent driving record.
KPI Tracking and Reporting : Set, monitor, and meet performance metrics related to warehouse efficiency, delivery times, and order accuracy.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with warehouse team members and store managers, ensuring effective communication and seamless coordination across operations.
Requirements:
Open Driver's License and Good Driving History : Essential for delivery duties.
Must have a strong record of safe driving.
Organizational Skills and Time Management : Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Accountability and Responsibility : Driven by results and committed to taking ownership of warehouse operations, logistics, and delivery tasks.
KPI-Oriented Mindset : Familiarity with working in a KPI-driven setting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong Communication and Team Skills : Ability to work collaboratively, provide clear updates, and maintain a positive work environment.
