In this role, you will be an integral part of Moderna's Supply Chain team, specifically focused on managing and improving warehouse operations. Your work will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of production materials, directly supporting Moderna's groundbreaking manufacturing initiatives and ensuring a reliable supply chain to power our cutting-edge mRNA programs. Working on-site in Clayton, you'll play a vital role in the end-to-end flow of materials, maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
Here's What You'll Do Your key responsibilities will be: Independently coordinating deliveries to internal customers and conducting daily SAP transactions.Conducting daily cycle counts and overseeing the wipe-down activities for materials as they enter manufacturing suites.Efficiently managing the segregation of expired materials and ensuring accurate, up-to-date inventory records within SAP.Executing comprehensive warehouse operations to fully support manufacturing teams. Your responsibilities will also include: Leading and participating in initiatives to enhance warehouse operations, with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.Collaborating closely with the warehouse operations lead and the global supply chain team to optimize processes and contribute to overall supply chain effectiveness.Performing additional duties as needed to support our high-growth environment and transformational objectives. Here's What You'll Need (Basic Qualifications) High School diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping; BS/BA Degree preferred.This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna's site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work. Here's What You'll Bring to the Table (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.Ability to lift and move products.Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French.Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.A desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.
