Warehouse/Production Manager

Our client, a dynamic, forward-thinking organisation, is on the lookout for an experienced Warehouse/Production Supervisor, with a strong focus on Quality Control (QC), to join their team.
In this hands-on role, you'll manage the day-to-day warehouse operations, guide a small assembly team, and maintain rigorous quality standards for all products.
This position is essential to their production process, and the right candidate will play a key role in shaping their quality assurance practices as they expand.

Key Responsibilities Create and maintain quality control standards to ensure products meet high standards of excellence.Conduct thorough product inspections, taking ownership of QC processes and making updates as needed.Review customer feedback and performance data to adapt QC processes for continual improvement.Manage warehouse activities, including inventory oversight and coordinating logistics.Keep the warehouse organized, efficient, and safe, implementing workflow improvements where possible.Supervise and support a small team, providing guidance and feedback to help them meet production targets.Participate directly in assembly tasks and assist with general warehouse maintenance.Oversee compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, identifying potential risks and addressing them promptly.Qualifications and Experience Experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a production or warehouse setting.Forklift license, First Aid certification, and hands-on experience in a warehouse/production environment.Proven experience in a supervisory role.Skills and Traits Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.If you're ready to take on a role where quality and leadership meet and you're excited about helping a growing team excel, we'd love to hear from you.
