THE ROLE… Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that daily outbound activities are completed safely, efficiently and accurately.
This is a pivotal role within our business, contributing to customer satisfaction and overall operational success.
This role is responsible for (but not limited to): Supervising Picking, Despatch and Rapid Response teams Ensuring that resource allocation is optimised at all times - reducing costs and achieving performance measures Monitoring performance metrics, addressing any operational issues, and implementing strategies to continuously improve service levels and customer satisfaction Training and induction of new team members Providing leadership and peer support to the warehouse leaders and warehouse manager Contributing to budget management, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and work towards maximising operational efficiency Developing and maintaining a detailed knowledge of our product range (tiles, bathroom ware, stone, and trade products) as well as product specifications, dimensions, variations and applications THE PERSON… We seek a high-performing industry professional who can work both independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
Having industry experience in a similar role, you're a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure.
You follow plans, focus on outcomes, and are meticulous with deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
