THE ROLE:As Warehouse & Outbound Logistics Manager at their flagship facility, you'll be accountable for all aspects of warehouse operations, dispatch, and fleet maintenance. Reporting to the Site General Manager, this hands-on leadership role requires a hands-on approach to actively engage with your team and processes.
Key responsibilities include: Driving operational excellence through effective process management, maintaining DIFOT targets and ensuring inventory accuracy through warehouse management systems.Leading and developing your team through dedicated coaching and mentoring of supervisors, structured training programs, and creating a culture of continuous improvement.Building a strong safety-first culture while ensuring compliance with food safety legislation and quality standards.Managing budgets and implementing cost-saving initiatives to improve financial performance.Coordinating with sales, customer service, production, and planning teams to optimize warehouse flow and customer satisfaction.ABOUT YOU:A dynamic warehouse or logistics leader with:
Previous experience within an FMCG, Manufacturing or high-volume distribution environment.
