The Role We currently have multiple vacancies for Warehouse Operators—night Shift positions in the Logistics Team at Penrith, NSW.
Our Penrith site is located in Greater Western Sydney on the banks of the Nepean River and manufactures a range of more than 50 milk-based products. The site currently produces around 145 million litres of product every year – receiving and processing milk 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days a year! We proudly source milk from around 60 dairy farms across NSW and are passionate about supporting local products.
The successful incumbent must be willing to work the night shift between Sunday and Thursday, starting at 9 p.m. and finishing at 6 p.m.
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for managing the storage and movement of products within the cool room. This will involve using manual handling equipment, including forklifts and trucks. You must also ensure that all cool room functions are carried out effectively, efficiently, and promptly. Your goal is to deliver products safely, maintain the highest quality while keeping costs low, minimize waste, and provide the correct quantities when needed.
