You will be the heart of the company, ensuring our factory keeps producing high quality products to meet our supply and demand.As a Mars Warehouse Operator, you will be accountable for the performance of several machines, processes and pieces of equipment to ensure all products are being delivered on time and to standard. What are we looking for?Must have a current forklift licenseTrade certification or secondary educationMinimum of two years working in Warehouse Operations (preferably in the food industry)Experience with RF scanning; high reach forklift and truck loading/unloading experienceSound knowledge of GMC/HACCP, OH&S principles and COR requirementsStrong attention to detailWhat will be your key responsibilities?Operate a forklift and use a Warehouse Management SystemLoad and unload trucks in accordance with OH&S standards and Transport Chain of Responsibility requirementsPick, pack and consolidate customer orders within a specified timeframeResponsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the use of software interface systems as well as physical checksEnsure quality and safety of procedures are followed and provide thorough handoversPerform stock takes and update inventory management systemsWhat can you expect from Mars?Genuine career progression with a focus on you and your career goals.
