Warehouse Operative

Driver Hire Perth are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our Perth based client. If you're experienced, reliable, and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you!Requirements:Valid forklift licence.Valid driver's licence.Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment.Familiarity with BRC, ISO, and Health and Safety standards is a plus (not essential).As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an essential part of operations, ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include:Supply Management: Provide raw materials and labels to the production team, ensuring they have what they need to carry out their tasks without delays.Coordination: Work closely with the Production Manager to plan and coordinate daily tasks, ensuring seamless operations.Product Handling: Wrap, label, and store completed goods in the warehouse racking. Ensure that products are despatched correctly and in a timely manner.Order Processing: Collaborate with the operations team to accurately process and store orders. Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, and ensure goods are despatched efficiently.Offsite Operations: Manage tasks at offsite storage locations, including unloading lorries/containers and labelling goods.Chemical Handling: Mix chemical solutions required for manufacturing products, and carry out product testing to ensure compliance with BRC, ISO, and Health and Safety standards.Space Optimization: Maximize storage space by arranging materials and goods in the most efficient way possible.Key Information & Benefits:Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.07:00 start - 16:45 finish.1 hour break per day - can be split at your own choice within reason.Company pension.Free on-site parking.How to Apply: If you meet the above requirements and are interested, please apply today with your CV or give us a call.Driver Hire Perth is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
