Role Purpose Aesop are seeking an influential and collaborative Warehouse Operations Manager to join for 6-months operating onsite, based at our warehouse in Laverton.
In this role, you will be the key point of co-ordination on the ground at our 3PL (TTL), between Aesop HQ, TTL and other key stakeholders.
You will be expected to hold TTL accountable to targets and goals for daily work being achieved.
You will operate daily co-ordination meetings with TTL and provide regular communications and progress to our ANZ Supply Chain team and other key stakeholders.
Some things you may find yourself doing Ensure smooth co-ordination on the ground of Inventory Transition / reconfiguration Optimisation of the Inbound / Outbound processes after L'Oréal integration go-live on Feb 1 Co-ordination of the inbound scheduling process and quality release process on site at TTL Point of contact on site for the co-ordination of the L'Oréal sale process Co-ordinate the relevant tasks relating to integration into L'Oréal during mid-2025 Project tasks and administration as required What we are looking for Strong DC Operations experience Project Experience DC Transition knowledge Working knowledge of WMS / ERP systems and integrations Able to prioritise and communicate clearly Experience of running daily operations best practice rhythms Process improvement experience (Six Sigma or similar would be an advantage) What's on Offer: At Aesop, we believe that the best people drive our business to continued success and so we take a holistic approach to employment, promoting employee wellbeing initiatives and encouraging deep connections with the local community through the Aesop Foundation, volunteering, matched giving programs.
