Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, you will drive strategic improvements and innovative solutions that align with MOCO's standards of excellence.

About You Preferably from hospitality, food services, or FMCG industries, with a deep understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.Extensive experience managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products, with a strong focus on enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and safety.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing warehouse teams, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Skilled in implementing strategies and best practices to optimise warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and operational accuracy.Committed to aligning warehouse operations with the goal of exceeding customer and client expectations, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.Skills, Experience & Attributes Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.Experienced with inventory management and ERP software for efficient tracking, reporting, and analysis.Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, with the ability to implement and enforce safety protocols.Solid understanding of food safety standards and HACCP principles, with experience in implementing and monitoring compliance for safe food handling, storage, and distribution.Training, Coaching and Development for an employee looking to grow and learn.How to Apply To submit your application, click the QUICK APPLY button on this page, or contact Travis Gibson – Talent Acquisition Manager – on
