As a Warehouse Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective operations while meeting performance and quality targets.
You'll foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with team members, leaders, and management, promoting engagement and empowerment.
Key responsibilities include:Collaborate daily with Operations Management and team leaders to ensure smooth business flow and customer service.Provide support for Operations Manager, including leave/absence relief.Process weekly packaging orders and industrial workers' hours for payroll.Promote a safety conscious and teamwork focused workplace and workforce.Drive and utilize tracking and reporting tools for warehouse efficiency.Review KPI & PI data for gap analysis and assess/plan & action for optimization.Train and mentor team leaders and members.Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.Lead 5S initiatives for warehouse organization and cleanliness.Apply and motivate lean principles for continuous improvement.Who are you?Do you dream big?
