About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Officer to join the Thiess Warehouse crew at Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex.Pembroke Resource's Olive Downs Complex is a greenfield project located 40 kilometres south-east of Moranbah which commenced mining operations in mid-2023. Thiess has been awarded a five-year contract to deliver full service mining operations, including mine planning overburden removal, drill and blast, load and haul (autonomous), water management and rehabilitation as well as construction of the mine infrastructure.By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to be a part of a new workforce that is focused on developing a strong performance and safety culture and a culture that values everyone's contribution equally. You will thrive on meeting all goals and challenges, and act with fairness and integrity in all that you do.Working a 7/7 DS NS roster and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include: Establishing, maintaining, and promoting high standards of customer service to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain the stores efficiently and ensure the inventory is optimised Ensure parts and equipment for the mobile and fixed plant fleets are available to meet organisational and maintenance targetsPerform general administration duties as required to ensure daily performance targets are achievedOptimise efficient operation of the warehouse by coordinating deliveries with carriers and adhering to schedules and deadlines Management of stores inventory and coordination of periodic stock takesAssisting Warehouse Supervisor as required About youAs a successful applicant, you will be a high-achieving team-focused individual who?enjoys delivering results in a dynamic environment.
