About the role:
Based out of our Welshpool warehouse, we are seeking a Warehouse Officer to work within our fantastic Camec team in WA. As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for performing the necessary tasks required in the picking, dispatching, and invoicing of products, dispatching of products by way of Transport/Courier, and general housekeeping duties daily to ensure workspace is always clean and safe.
The key responsibilities of the role are to: Pick and count products on picking slip. Checking to ensure the correct parts and quantities have been selected.Pack orders according to packaging requirements.Ship and invoice all customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.Manage efficiently the timely consigning of outgoing freight.Receipt and put away inbound products within company guidelines.Use company program to access stock locations, stock balances and for the printing of labels.Assist in loading & unloading courier trucks/vans and shipping containers.Operate warehouse machinery /Operate Forklift Trucks and Materials Handling Equipment (MHE).Prepare, pack and ship dangerous goods in accordance with transport safety regulations.Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders. Deliver a professional and quality service.Comply with Company and Regulatory Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental requirements.Pick & stock items to replenish retail.General housekeeping duties.To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: Understanding of warehousing / logistics process.Basic – intermediate computer skills using MS suite.Possess a relevant certificate for Lifting Machinery (forklift / reach lift).Good communication skills – verbal and written.Strong stakeholder management skills.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload to meet demands.Experience in warehousing / transportation environment with a medium organisation.Ability to work under pressure.Why work for Fleetwood?
