Your future in food starts here | Warehouse Manager THE OPPORTUNITY We are looking for a passionate Warehouse Manager to lead the team executing cost-effective warehousing and dispatch activities that meet organisational targets and produce quality outcomes, whilst emphasising workplace health and safety, food/hygiene safety, Department of Agriculture and other legislative requirements.
Location: Lance Creek, Victoria YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure an efficient and professional information flow from the Cold Chain / Warehouse function across the site and externally.Workforce planning for current and future business objectives, including cross-training.Implement waste management, stock control and DIFOT strategy to optimise production results.Develop strong relationships to facilitate effective communication with other areas of the business on relevant matters to initiate support and action to minimise Cold Chain downtime and optimise efficiencies.Lead the establishment, measurement, and regular reporting of KPI's for warehouse team and service providers including delivering continuous improvement of performance.Implement change within the Warehouse team to meet organisational objectives.TO BE SUCCESSFUL You will bring with you: 5+ years in warehouse managementKnowledge of WHS requirementsFood manufacturing experienceBENEFITS Live and work in the beautiful Bass Coast Region.An organisation where cultural diversity is celebrated.Full Time, secure, stable work.This is a long-term career opportunity, working for an enterprise business with Corporate Offices on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland.
