We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our client's dynamic team across two locations.
This role is designed for someone eager to step into a challenging yet rewarding position starting January 2025.

Overseeing operations at two sites, you'll play a key role in optimising warehouse processes while fostering a collaborative and positive work environmentResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will oversee daily operations and drive continuous improvement to meet performance goals and enhance customer service.
Your leadership will be essential in creating efficient workflows, maintaining accurate inventory, and developing a motivated team.
Your responsibilities will include:Coordinate and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound service.Drive performance metrics in productivity, quality, service, and safety.Maintain accurate inventory control, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.Streamline processes for urgent orders, counter pick-ups, and receiving turnaround times.Develop and train warehouse staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Manage workflow, monitor error rates, and implement corrective actions.Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).Perform administrative tasks, including audits, scheduling, and inventory logistics.Engage in hands-on warehouse activities when needed.Your ProfileOur client is looking for a proactive leader with a strong background in warehouse operations and team management.
To be considered, you must meet the following criteria:1-3 years of warehouse supervision experience Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, cycle counting, and process optimisation.Familiarity with electrical, construction, or mechanical products is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to foster team collaboration.Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems.Problem-solving mindset, staying calm and adaptable under pressure.Hands-on experience with warehouse tools and equipment.Ability to manage multiple priorities and anticipate customer needs.What's on Offer?This is a rare opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing processes and elevating team performance within a growing organization.
