Lead teams in effective unloading, storage, and distribution, aligning with company and legislative standards.Key AccountabilitiesHealth & Safety: Foster a zero-harm culture, manage risks, conduct safety assessments, and lead root cause analyses for incident prevention.Strategy: Support Group Operations Strategy, develop productivity solutions, drive a cost-effective warehouse model, and align with industry best practices.Operations: Develop a sustainable warehouse model, meet financial targets, implement SOPs, and ensure inventory accuracy.Quality: Lead quality management, conduct root cause analysis, and uphold housekeeping standards.Cost Management: Control labor and overtime costs, communicate cost impacts, and enhance business acumen on the floor.Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean principles, eliminate waste, and drive process innovation.Delivery: Monitor delivery KPIs, ensure staffing levels, and pursue efficiency gains.People Management: Lead recruitment, performance management, and team development, foster a collaborative environment, and support employee negotiations.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Business, Logistics, or Front Line Supervisory qualifications equivalent to AQF Level IV3+ years managing large teamsWMS expertise (5+ years), MS Office skills, change management experienceStrong analytical, communication, and leadership abilitiesKnowledge of ISO certificationValues & CompetenciesCustomer-centric, results-driven, effective communicator, and team collaborator.
