About the Role We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join the team in our flagship Kewdale Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide effective leadership and management of the Warehouse staff driven by an inclusive culture bringing out the best in staff and stakeholders. This role requires a highly motivated self-starter with strong planning and analytical skills, and ability to lead and work within a team. You will also have the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities and be able to communicate effectively.
Duties: Monitor employee performance, coach, identify and develop team membersPromote strong business relations through regular communication with internal and external stakeholdersEffective management of the warehouse team, ensuring high levels of productivity, customer service & safetyEffective management of all warehouse functions including inventoryIdentify, develop and promote continuous improvement culture and implement improved processes in consult with the Branch ManagerDrive KPI's in your teamStrong commitment to health, safety and leadershipThis is a hands-on role and will require the successful applicant to have strong knowledge of all Warehouse processes and be able to assist the team where and when required.
