The Opportunity Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role of the Warehouse Manager is to ensure the organisation and provision of equipment, transport, inventory and personnel to ensure that the client and business demands are met. This role is responsible for the effective and efficient management of daily tasks and sorting out issues within the Operations Department.
Core Responsibilities Responsible for the maintenance, control and transport of all Encore Event Technologies stockEnsure correct equipment and quantities are available to crew to execute shows effectively and maintain stock control system alongside regular stock takes to ensure losses are minimisedAdvise on asset purchases in order to alleviate excessive x-hire expenditureAssist in the co-ordination of installation projects and venue upgradesOrganise and co-ordinate the maintenance of company vehiclesAssess Operations procedures on a regular basis and make recommendations for changes or adaptations as necessaryEnsure effective communication is maintained between crew, venues and operations on future eventsLocal ACT & Region drives plus interstate drives into SydneyLoad and unload trucks and vansYour Background Previous experience in a similar roleHigh level computer skills (Word, Excel, R2, TimeTarget/HumanForce systems)Financial management skills - sound understanding of cost control and budgetingProven experience working with multiple stakeholdersExcellent oral and written communication skillsHighly developed customer service skillsTime management skills; the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlinesExcellent decision making skillsClean driving recordSafety focusedWhy Join Us?
