Due to our organisation's continual growth, we are currently seeking an experienced Manager with strong leadership qualities to manage our Warehouse operations in Hemmant, Brisbane.
About the Role This is a full-time position reporting to the branch manager.
You will be responsible for identifying process improvements, delivering warehouse efficiencies, OH&S compliance, and successfully managing a small team while driving the culture further toward a dedicated customer focus.
Sound knowledge in warehousing and storage of FMCG products.Monitoring of accurate picking and packing of orders.Ensure timely replenishment and rotation of stock.Maintaining warehouse equipment in line with company requirements and safety regulations.Effective and regular communication with key department heads and Management staff.Ability to review, recommend, and implement warehouse systems, processes, and procedures to ensure optimum outcomes and continuous improvements.Ability to improve workflow productivity.Manage inventory, stock on hand, and cycle counts/ stock takes as required, working closely with the Inventory and Purchasing departments.Sound knowledge of supply chain principles.Management of staffing requirements in line with rosters, wage expenses, and performance to KPIs.Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as directed by the General Manager and/or National Operations Manager.All About You Proven background in FMCG/Logistics/Foodservice warehousing & operations preferred.Sound understanding of OH&S regulations.Must be fluent in English.Must hold a valid forklift license.Adaptable and result oriented.Intermediate to advanced level PC skills.What we can offer Attractive salary on offer.Friendly culture.Long term job security.Great collaborative team.Incredible discounts on WHEREFIT.Discounts on Health cover.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Discounts on Superior products.Free on-site parking.If you would like to join a dynamic team and be a part of our growing success story, apply via the link below.
