Atlas Copco's Power Technique business area provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile air compressors, dewatering pumps, light towers and power generators, along with a number of complementary products.
Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a passion for operational excellence and strong people management skills? We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee our local branch, ensuring efficiency, safety, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage warehouse staff, focusing on performance, engagement, and development across administration and floor operations.Maintain high levels of warehouse efficiency through robust policies, procedures, and process improvements.Oversee accurate inventory control and logistics, including timely receipting, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching.Ensure adherence to SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) standards, acting as the local SHEQ champion.Manage branch facilities, plant, and property, supporting all branch activities.Regularly publish and analyze warehouse KPI reports to drive performance.Promote high standards in housekeeping and workplace organization.Supervise stock takes, maintain a claims database, and reduce transport damages.Liaise with transport companies to coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, while ensuring customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in warehouse management with a successful track record in operational and yard management.Intermediate PC skills, with knowledge of Warehouse Systems.Results-oriented with strong customer focus and negotiation skills.What you can expect from us: Offer endless global job opportunities in the Atlas Copco GroupDay off on your birthday!Attractive remuneration with annual bonus potentialCareer progression and development opportunitiesA friendly, family-like environment, known for respectful interaction, ethical behaviour, and integrity.Location: Brisbane, QLD Join us at the Home of Industrial Ideas.
