Manage daily warehouse and logistics activities for effective operations.Lead the warehouse and logistics team to deliver our customer requirements.Build a resilient and agile team, creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Monitor and provide management reports on KPIs and results.Take all reasonable steps to ensure that all employees are provided with a safe and healthy working environment.What you'll bring: Formal warehouse or Supply Chain qualifications would be advantageous.Team leadership, supervisory or management experience in a similar working environment.Previous warehouse and logistics experience, preferably in a mining or heavy industrial environment.Strong knowledge of safe working practices and standards.Solutions-focused, with the ability to work to deadlines and to manage competing demands.Experience working with Lean or other continuous improvement initiatives.Strong attention to detail with strong organisational skills.SAP experience.A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.Respect for others and an all-inclusive mindset.What we offer: We believe that our people are the heart of our organisation.
