Exercise initiative and common sense in dealing with customers' issues. Liaising with Customer Service regarding special deliveries to customers. Ensure effective communication between all areas of the organisation. Release orders for picking as per warehouse schedule. Coordinate Supervisors Panel, prioritise urgent orders. Providing support for the Logistics Coordinator. Collate weekly Forklift checklists and arrange forklift maintenance and repairs. Assist and co-ordinate with Warehouse Manager to provide exceptional service levels. ABOUT YOU You'll be energetic and self-motivated with great attention to detail and a can-do approach to challenges and tasks.
You are an administration and customer service all-rounder who can do various administration tasks and will have previous experience in a warehouse as a Storeperson or a similar support role.
Previous experience using System 21 or a similar computerised warehouse management system would be a huge advantage.
Attention to detail and a go-getter attitude is a must.
