In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Inventory ControlOversee the delivery of all daily warehouse functions in the most proficient, practical, and proactive way to ensure correct storage location and stock preservation, and ensure safety and quality expectations are met.Ensure documentation accuracy, receiving, picking, issuing, and dispatching of all warehouse items.Ensure daily "PID" count maintenance is conducted and reconciled via SAP.Report on overdue inventory.DispatchEnsure daily customer-focused deliverables for new and refurbished valves are met and can be tracked through both SAP and the OneFlo systems.Liaise with other teams to ensure delivery is maintained.Monitor and review delivery dates.Actively develop and build on relationships with customers.Carry out Trade Compliance checks according to company policies.Stock ManagementReview, recommend and administer all aspects of stock plan optimization.Make recommendations for driving cost reduction initiatives and technology improvements.Collaborate, coordinate assignments and reporting for Corporate Stock Audit requirements.Conduct regular stock analysis and provide recommendations regarding stock plan optimization.Provide streamlined planning advice to management as required.Lead and mentor warehouse staff by creating an environment that fosters motivation and performance.Ensure personal performance and team environment meets business goals.Assist backfill duties as necessary to maintain customer expectations.Other ResponsibilitiesRegularly review processes and make suggestions for improvements.Observe and comply with relevant policies, procedures, and strategies.Develop and maintain working relationships with all employees and ensure regular communication.Who You Are: You understand internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs. You work cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives and are effective in various communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
