Warehouse Labourer/Forklift Driver – St Marys

Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts are now available for Warehouse Labourer/Forklift Driver!
The team at Flexiforce are urgently scouring the Western Sydney region for a hardworking Labourer with a LF Forklift licence to work for one of our major national clients at their manufacturing site in St Marys, NSW
We are offering an immediate start, full-time hours, and ongoing stable employment in a morning, afternoon, or night shift role with a long-established and expanding manufacturing company, renowned as a market leader in Insulated Panelling.
Previous experience in a factory/warehouse-based environment and as a Forklift Operator is essential!
Successful applicants will work in varying roles, ranging from assembly work to machine operation to picking orders and wrapping pallets.
Training will be provided.
About YOU:
• Possession of a LF forklift licence
• Confidence in your competence and abilities as an experienced Forklift Driver
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or manufacturing/factory type environment
• Dependability and dedication
• Commitment to attending each shift
• Enthusiasm and an eagerness to listen and learn
• Strong underpinning knowledge of OH&S practices
• Verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Efficient time management
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Physically fit & hardworking
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Team player mindset
About THE ROLE:
• Operating a Forklift.
• Assisting in the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of Insulated wall panels
• Undertaking Store person duties incl.
pick packing, wrapping pallets, loading & unloading, etc
• Completing regular General Warehousing tasks incl.
assembly, despatch, and more….
• Performing quality checks on the production line
• Utilising basic hand tools
• Manual handling
