About the role: Mollie Stone's Markets is looking for a Full Time Warehouse Floor Manager at our Produce Warehouse.
This person will be accountable for the proper handling, storage, staging and distribution of goods to the stores and the overall management of the company recycling program and overall warehouse logistics, as well as work the graveyard shift hours, primarily between 10:30 pm- 7:30 am.
Essential functions Effectively coordinate the purchases and orders with current inventory, distribution and delivery.Provide leadership and direction to employees to achieve operational goals through effective delegation and empowerment.Maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 5 years experience managing small receiving and distribution warehouses.
Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.Must be certified in operating a forklift and hand truck lift, or successfully obtain certification within 1 week of start.Must be able to effectively communicate in oral and written English with customers, employees, vendors, and management.Knowledge of produce is helpful.Ability to speak Spanish is also desirable.Must have basic math skills.Must have intermediate computer skills.Must be enthusiastic about food, particularly fresh produce.Must have good hand-to-eye coordination and visual acuity.Must possess organizational skills.Must demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to motivate others to succeed.Must practice personal integrity and be able to create a high level of credibility with employees and customers.Must maintain commitment to continued self and team development.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work graveyard shift hours, primarily between 10:30PM to 7:30AM.Compensation: Pay range: $70,000 - $80,000
