Warehouse Export Administrator - Day Shift - $40/Hr

They are looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator who has export experience in the food manufacturing or pharmaceutical space.
Benefits Great company culture with positive work environment  Excellent opportunity for progressive learning and development within a global organisation Potential extension of the role after 5 months  Stable working hours on day shift  Staff parking available Smithfield Location Shift times Day shift - 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday  Contract until Feb 2025 with a potential to lead to an ongoing position  Duties and responsibilities: Generate in SAP the daily replenishment report and send appropriate excel upload to 3PL Generate SAP shipping file for customer orders and send appropriate excel upload and delivery paperwork 3PL Follow up and resolve any inventory issues from both the replenishment and customer order requests to 3PL Raise SAP Purchase Orders as required Receipt both stock and samples into SAP Process documentation to organise transport collections/deliveries taking into account Chain of Responsibility  Label  - reprint for customer orders Preparation of relevant export documentation Update shipment files Provide daily update to relevant stakeholders, internal meeting with all departments Skills and Requi rements: Must have export documentation experience either within food manufacturing or pharmaceutical  Must have Dangerous goods management certified  Proven experience working as a Warehouse admin SAP experience preferred but not essential Proficient in using Microsoft Office  Logistics and/or inventory experience Superior attention to detail and customer focus skills Ability to multi task in a fast paced/evolving environment Must be reliable and responsible at all times Capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal If this position sounds like you then hit  APPLY  now, alternatively email  Shareen Kumar  on  ******  with your resume.
