We are currently on the look-out for a motivated and safety focused storeman to join our clients busy Workshop at Orange.
This role will be an ASAP start, and an ongoing Monday-Friday opportunity.
In the role, you will be reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient inventory management, assisting with various workshop tasks, and supporting the busy day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities Perform general stockroom housekeeping and maintenanceHandle receiving, receipting, picking, packing, and dispatch of spare parts and materialsPrepare shipping documentation and manage dispatch logisticsAssisting forklift operators, maintaining a safe and effective environmentBasic operation of computers or similar equipmentManual strapping and packingPacking and labelling orders for both bulk and small itemsHandling paperwork, records and data inputUndertake periodic stock-checksSetting up and operating a simple machine for strapping / pallet wrappingSkills and Experience: 1+ years Warehouse experience or working within a busy environment will be advantageousMust have a high attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written and good numeracy skillsAbility to work safely in an operational area, contribute to safety conversations and toolbox talksAbility to work on your feet for extended periodsMonday to Friday positionOpportunity for long term employmentFull training providedAbout Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
