PENRITE OIL is a leading Australian owned manufacturer and distributor of high-performance oils to the Automotive Industry servicing commercial, retail and workshop channels.
We are seeking a full time Despatch Administrator to join our warehouse team. This role is highly suited to a candidate who has strong administration and organisation skills and has previous experience working in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
About the Role This role is a full time permanent position working reporting to the Warehouse Manager. On the job training will be provided to the ideal candidate who will work 38 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays from 7:00am to 3:06pm.
The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General administrative tasksProcessing stock creditsCo-ordinating stock take/cycle counts for NSW warehouse and 3PLsAnswering phone and email queriesHandling of all booking documentation for local, interstate and deliveriesBooking and validating intercompany transfersPreparation of connotesCreating manifests for all outbound goodsPreparing and processing run sheetsPallet management Co-ordinate all paperwork for loading of trucks and pickupsLiaise regularly with key stakeholders – customer services, sales, transport companies, contract drivers and interstate branches.Back up warehouse pick/packing dutiesSupport Warehouse Manager and cover duties during leave periods About You As the successful applicant, you will be:

Prior exposure to Sage X3 ERP system will also be highly regarded, but not essential.
