Based in our Hervey Bay store, as the Warehouse & Delivery Specialist you will be responsible for movement/storage of product, loading and unloading of trucks and containers as well as the delivery of mobility equipment such as lift chairs, scooters and walking frames to private houses or aged care facilities and assist in setting up the equipment and demonstrating to the customer as required.
Primary ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellence in customer serviceClean returned hire stock in line with company policyReceive and dispatch stockUnpacking, labelling, and storing of goodsPick and pack products for deliveryProcess transport consignmentsUndertake specialised deliveries and pickups of Assistive Technology and mobility aids to and/or from private homes, aged care facilities and hospitalsSetting up and demonstrating the equipment to the customer as required.Skills & ExperienceUnrestricted drivers licenceExcellent computer, literacy, and numeracy skillsPhysically fit for manual workExcellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy and compassion in all customer interactions.To comply with state legislation, COVID vaccination records or valid medical exemption will be required to be supplied as part of the application process for this role.
A National Police Check clearance will be required for this position and you must be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
