Now we are seeking a new member to join our Spare Parts and Warehouse Centre at Perth, WA in the role of Warehouse Coordinator.
Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for unpacking container stock, receiving, packing, and dispatching spare parts, while maintaining relevant records as required.Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and basic maintenance of the warehouse, office, amenities, and yard, while keeping accurate records of all processes and procedures related to spare parts, tools, vehicles, etc.Responsible for shelving spare parts, entering barcodes, printing barcodes, verifying quantities, and recording the quality of spare parts.Responsible for the daily management of warehouse spare parts, including regular inventory checks and monthly rolling inventory assessments.Responsible for periodic inventory checks of other warehouses.Customer service duties include assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing support. This role ensures a positive customer experience by offering timely and helpful information, addressing complaints, and coordinating with other teams to effectively meet customer needs.Other tasks related to spare parts as assigned.Requirements: Skilled in forklift operation; a forklift operator's license is a MUST.At least three years of experience in mechanical warehouse management.Proficiency in using office software, especially Excel.A quick learner, particularly with spare parts-related systems such as X-GSS, PMS, NS, CRM, etc.Travel is required for this position, approximately 3 days per month.Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
