Your Impact We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator with high aptitude for learning and strong systems skills to join our team.
This permanent role will see you taking an active approach in managing the day-to-day operations of our Wetherill Park warehouse, ensuring the Field Service team is equipped with the right tools, stock, and support to excel in their roles.
You'll enjoy a dynamic mix of physical, operational, and administrative tasks, requiring you to be equally comfortable on the warehouse floor as you are behind a computer.
Key Responsibilities Taking charge of warehouse operations, including the physical receiving and dispatching of spare parts and equipment.
Overseeing inventory and using systems to manage the ordering, movement, and storage of all equipment and parts to maintain optimal stock levels.
Inspecting equipment on arrival to ensure quality control and identify any damages.
Accurately updating systems and maintaining thorough documentation and record keeping.
Undertaking minor refurbishment activities, ensuring all equipment meets Asahi standards.
Implementing and following recycling and waste management procedures in line with national policies.
Supporting Service Managers with equipment audits, warehouse checks, and maintaining up-to-date equipment and gas registers.
Working closely with the Field Service team to ensure the warehouse operates with safety, efficiency, and precision.
About You You are an enthusiastic team-player that thrives in hands-on, high-pressure environments.
Whether you're an experienced Warehouse/Inventory Coordinator, or have a keen interest in developing and stepping up into the role, we'd love to hear from you if you possess the following: Previous experience in a similar warehousing or inventory role with both operational and administrative responsibilities.
Experience working alongside or supporting Field Service Technicians is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated ability to work with inventory management systems; SAP experience highly regarded.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
A self-starter who holds themselves accountable and inspires accountability in others.
A collaborative and approachable team player who thrives under pressure.
Forklift license highly beneficial.
