Warehouse Coordinator

The Role An opportunity exists for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Warehouse team in Perth.
This role assists in directing the warehouse function to ensure the timely distribution of products consistent with inventory control standards and controlling warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and safe utilization of storage facilities.
Responsibilities Assisting in the planning and directing product distribution to ensure prompt delivery to customersAssisting in the planning and directing of the warehouse receiving functionAssisting in the planning of the assignment of work to ensure the efficient use of personnel and equipmentRecommending improvements of warehouse practices to promote efficiencyAccepting and adhering to all WHSE responsibilities, policies, procedures and safe work practices related to the positionProviding leadership and managementMonitoring the performance and efficiencies of staff and proceduresSkills & Experience Experience in warehousingExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsExperience with Warehouse Management (preferably SAP WM)Sound keyboard and computing skills (Microsoft applications)Understanding of WHSE principles and legislationA valid forklift licenseAbility to respond to continual changing of prioritiesAbility to work effectively as a team member and independently with minimum supervisionTo apply Should you wish to join a market-leading company with strong 'People Values' and believe you have the necessary skills to succeed, please apply to the Human Resources department via our careers page toro.com.au/jobs-at-toro.
