SportsPower Bunbury & Eaton Fair are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator.We are looking for someone with:Sound knowledge of warehousing and inventory management conceptsSound attention to detailExcellent leadership and customer service skillsCurrent Drivers License and Forklift LicenseSolid understanding of marketing principlesExcellent communication skills, ability to motivate, team player, general administration and computing skillsWillingness to learnReporting directly to the business owners, the Warehouse Coordinator will:Manage/oversee all warehouse operations, including but not limited to:Ensure all stock is processed, entered and available on the shop floor as timely as possibleRefilling and displaying stock shelves in warehouse and showroomFacilitate stock transfers between Bunbury Warehouse and Eaton Fair storeRespond to store team member queries regarding stock availability and customer enquiriesOn an ongoing basis, manage and conduct stocktakes at both Bunbury & Eaton Fair storesEnsuring stock levels are accurate at all timesEnsure web orders are picked, packed and sent safely and efficiently within required timeframesEnsure the warehouse environment is kept clean and tidy at all times, in accordance with OSH regulations and guidelinesMentoring and training of staff in warehouse operation, including stock entry, computer and general warehouse trainingWork visibly as a leader in the warehouse and to ensure all customers receive the highest quality customer service experience possibleRole model the high customer service standards throughout the team and be a brand ambassador at all timesLiaise with Management regarding any staff issues/concernsBuild and maintain strong relationships with Senior Management/Directors, staff, customers, suppliers etc.Assist and support Senior Managers in day to day running of both SportsPower Bunbury and SportsPower Eaton, as required.In conjunction with Senior Management, develop and maintain store policies and proceduresOther duties as directed by Senior Management and/or DirectorsThis is a part-time role working up to 30 hours a week.
