The Role The Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time, permanent position reporting into the Site Manager.
Based out of Eagle Farm, Queensland, onsite 5-days per week.
Salary - $69,000 including superannuation The core focus of this position is ensuring that vehicles move seamlessly and economically through the site, achieved through accurate stock management, organisation and effective stakeholder management.
Responsibilities include: Process incoming vehicles through the stock management system Receiving of inbound stock and accurate dispatch Participate in stock takes and cycle counts Maintain the warehouse in an organised, clean manner Maintain accurate records of all stock movements in the system Ensure OH&S standards, policies and procedure are being followed at all times Daily clearing of the yard in preparation for the next day's arrivals Skills & Experience Proven experience within a similar warehousing/site coordination role required Full Australian Drivers licence Previous experience using ERP / WMS / Inventory Management systems and Microsoft Office including Excel Exceptional attention to detail Positive and enthusiastic attitude Ability to build strong relationships with the wider team A history of punctuality and reliability Willing to learn and be challenged to improve Must be able to provide 2 reference checks upon request Relevant qualifications such as Cert III in Warehousing and Storage, Diploma or similar will be viewed favourably.
