About the Opportunity A permanent full-time role exists within the Cool Room team in Darwin.
You need to be customer-focused and have experience in forklift operation. Experience in picking and packing of product to customer orders is advantageous. We are a close-knit team in Darwin, so effective communication skills and teamwork are a must.

This is a shift-based role (you may be required to rotate from time to time) and some paid overtime may be required.
Duties include: Manually picking orders correctly, palletizing, and labeling for customers.Moving stock from the production line to the warehouse.Loading and unloading trucks as required, observing all necessary safety requirements.Ensuring vehicles are loaded in a timely fashion, meeting time slots and production requirements.Following housekeeping and hygiene processes and procedures.Ensuring stock is correctly received, stored, recorded, and issued in saleable condition.Responsible for the safe operation of the forklift.Ensuring all customer orders and receipts are accompanied by correct paperwork.Reporting any problems which may occur and could disrupt the smooth running of the operation.Assisting in the training of new staff and/or functions as required.All other duties pertaining to the scope and objective of the role.Quality & Safety focused.To be considered for this position, the following will be advantageous: Current and/or previous Warehouse Operator experience.Computer literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office and computer-based maintenance systems.The successful candidate will be flexible to work changing work hours and overtime from time to time as required by the business, which may include shift work.
