Our client is a terrific employer seeking a competent and hardworking Warehouse Champion to join their team.
You will be responsible for supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and transport activities including:
Pallet stacking to interstate customersFilling and shipping customer ordersBooking and satisfying internal shipping requirementsEnsuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentationReceipting inwards goodsEnsuring inventory transactions (height/weight) are accurately loggedOverseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activitiesMost importantly, you will ensure the cleanliness of the store and that OH&S & HACCP requirements are strictly adhered to.
You will report to the Warehouse Manager for the day-to-day function of the warehouse, including ensuring that warehouse operations and procedures are maintained and planning and implementing changes in accordance with company direction.
PREFERRED SKILLS Fork Lift LicenceAbility to meet physical requirements including a variety of standing, sitting and walking throughout the day; lifting and transporting product.The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be computer literate, and have demonstrated success in a similar role.
