We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join the team at our Arncliffe Head Office and contribute to our continued success.
In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating various warehouse & mailroom activities.
This will include receiving and distributing Head Office supplies and packages, as well as the dispatch of store consumables and fixtures.
What you'll do Collecting or delivering packages to & from depots, suppliers or customers as required.
Unpacking, checking and receipt of deliveries.
Processing out-bound mail and packages & assisting internal staff with mail services as required.
Distribution of stock, consumables and supplies equipment etc.
to stores. Coordination of courier collections and completion of manifests.
Occasional heavy lifting of boxes, up to 20kg.
Maintaining inventory records.
Securing the dock by performing opening or closing duties as scheduled.
Processing of customer returns.

What will make you successful Previous warehouse or mailroom experience is highly desirable.
A current and valid driver's license.
Well organised, with proven attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously using own initiative.
Basic skills in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the internal team and external stakeholders.
