The Opportunity ANC is seeking to appoint a Warehouse Assistant in this permanent full-time role to assist in breaking down cartons, labelling and staging orders for delivery to ensure a smooth and efficient operation for our Delivery Professionals (contracted drivers).
This position is located onsite in Derrimut, Victoria.
Key responsibilities Assist in breaking down cartons to label and stage deliveries for the delivery professionals to collect.Apply Safe Manual Handling Practices and follow relevant Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) and Safety Protocols to ensure safe and productive work practices.Working on the client site, you will be an ambassador for ANC and have the ability to make an impact from the grass roots.What we are looking for? Communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to lift heavy objects (using manual handling processes) and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jack.Understanding of safe manual handling practices and WHS Practices.Ability to meet deadlines.Organisation and time-management skills.Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly motivated with a flexible and adaptable attitude for our diverse environment.Experience working within the transport/warehouse/logistics industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
