KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Perform all required warehouse/logistics tasks for the distribution and storage of Medical Devices. This includes, but is not limited to: Maintain the warehouse in a well organised and safe state to ensure that all products are stored according to guidelines and standards. Prepare daily orders for dispatch following packing instructions along with corresponding documents as required. Inspect incoming goods according to defined procedures; pack, unpack, load, receive and store stock. Warehouse housekeeping; including waste bin management and keeping warehouse facilities clean and tidy Support customers (internal and external) with delivery information; such as tracking details, estimated time of delivery and proof of delivery. Assist with elements of inventory control and participate in stocktaking. Support the delivery of non-stock items. Arrange shelving, arrange and label stock; rotate stock according to established procedures. Assist Team Leaders Warehouse and Technical Service Center and Operations Manager as required. Ensure collaborative relationships with Integra team members and external stakeholders. Ensure all documentation is up to date, quality system compliant and in order. Comply with all company quality standards, procedures, and workplace health and safety requirements Perform other related duties as assigned or required
