We are seeking a highly motivated warehouse assistant to join our team. Our company specialises in the sale of Exterior Cleaning equipment, systems, and products, selling directly from the company's premises in Queensland.
We are a local Gold Coast Company that supports local industry and supplies nationally. We require a warehouse assistant preferably with a background in the exterior cleaning industry. Forklift licence, retail and fabrication experience is preferrable. Experience in an exterior or commercial cleaning or window cleaning an advantage.
You will be responsible for assisting in our warehouse, fullfilling orders, customer service and fabrication of our skid builds.
Our mandate is to focus on producing quality products, continue to innovate and strive to exceed our customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service and care.
Qualifications: • Forklift Licence
• Minimum 1 year industry relevant warehouse experience
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the fulfillment of orders on our SHOPIFY system and freighting of same.Assist with FOH Sales and learn about our brand of products for sale and stock on hand.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Assist and have some knowledge/experience in fabrication and/or electrical processesCollaborate with internal teams, including production and customer service to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Provide excellent after sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns.Skills Required: Previous experience in a warehouse position is a must.Drivers Licence and Forklift Licence are a must or be willing to get at own expense.Some knowledge of exterior cleaning processes, pressure wash equipment, window cleaning equipment and techniques, a sound knowledge of acid and alkaline cleaning products preferred. An understanding of the window cleaning industry is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Problem solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's on offer:
